Bianca is a wonderful masseuse--I need deep tissue massage for my aches and she always does a great job.

Reception staff was so friendly. I was a long time Burke Williams members and the staff there thought they were better than their clients. Bernice was so personable and her massage techniques were spot on. Because of all this I have signed up for the membership. Added bonus your membership is flexible unlike Burke.

The no phone call rule in the lobby was not enforced and had to listen to a lady argue with someone. Also, the online booking isn't awesome. I'd like to be able to see my account easier, see my points, and be able to update my email.
