The blonde receptionist was very sweet, polite, and patient with me. I was a bit lost since I'd never gone to get a massage prior to my appointment. The ambiance was incredible, it helped me relax a bit. My masseuse, Karina, was a sweetie! I genuinely appreciate her for being very helpful to me throughout the entire appointment. She walked me through the massage since I was a bit scared and she had sensed it. Overall, I loved it here and would definitely recommend it to people (I already did) because the service is just amazing. It is felt that the staff goes above and beyond for their guests which I am truly grateful for and it was just a stunning experience.
