I got to my appointment extra early and after filling out the paperwork and signing up for the membership, the receptionist went to see if they could take me early. Mimi then listened to my exact concerns and problem areas and focused on them providing incredible relief to troubled areas I was experiencing.

Roseanna is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the body, muscles and massage techniques. She is the only therapist I will make an appointment with since she is exceptional. Front desk staff very accommodating and friendly.

The massage was great, relieved stress and tension where I needed it, the therapist I saw was very good and attentive to my needs. I always have a wonderful experience with everyone at the hand and stone Franklin lakes, NJ location!

Rosanna is a very good therapist, listening to my needs to take care of my hurts, and her ability to alleviate the hurts and whatever toxins are released in massage is a key to my well being...and she is quite aware of the client, making sure at all times all is well.
