Overall, my experience with the Sugarland, TX location was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly, the massage therapist was AMAZING, and really worked on my target areas. I did encounter problems in getting my membership started. My initial massage was gifted to me. Upon signing up for a membership afterwards, I stressed how I wanted to make sure I was charged for my membership and anything else moving forward. Unfortunately, my brother, who gifted my initial massage, was charged my membership instead. I am still working that out with Hand and Stone now.

I like the convenience of the location to my home. I also like the membership because it makes me schedule time for a massage or facial each month to pamper myself and relax. I wish the monthly membership fee would stop being increased though. I started my membership at $49.99/month & it is now $79.99!! Also, my location has a real problem with turnover --- maybe someone should look into the management of the location. They can't seem to keep employees!
