Therapist well qualified and helped relieve problem areas. Kind and efficient and she kept to scheduled appt. time and listened to what I wanted. Helped greatly.

My esthetician was warm, friendly, and very helpful. My over all experience would be better if the pricing was more clear. Or at least if I would get a detailed print out of the choices I made so I can make a more informed decision the next visit. It feels very secretive and I almost feel like I am going to a medical establishment where you don't know the bill until you are 10k in. Now I see on this servey there are points??? How do these work ? Do I receive an email? If this is a valid membership why not give all the information in a packet right at the beginning?

Pam recommended the Rejuvenating Facial and when my cheek became red after the facial, she thoroughly assessed me and made sure it was a superficial reaction. Pam knows I have sensitive skin with rosacea and is always very conscientious about my skin care. My skin looks and feels great 24 hours later.

I can always count on excellent customer services from therapists to the front desk staff. I really appreciate the convenience of location near me and the ease of scheduling along with appointment availability for the therapist of my choice.

The therapist was excellent and worked continuously throughout the session; first-rate.

This was my first time experiencing hand and stone. Not greeted and one lady was rude when checking in. No one acknowledged me that my time was cut short. Did not get called back past my appointment time. Overall the one on one experience was great. You all just need to work on the customer service side. Also had no change so I felt like I was forced to over tip.

My massage therapist LaDonia (not sure if spelled correctly) was amazing. Will definitely be back. I’ve had severe neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. She took her time to address the issue and even explained what she was doing and why. The CBD oil she used, actually worked and helped me to have a great night sleep and workout the following morning.
