Massage therapist (Gigi) was very skilled

Everyone was friendly and helpful without being aggressive with selling other services. All areas were very visibly clean. My aesthetician was very knowledgeable, discussed/described other services I had questions about. I liked that she recommended a facial cleanser for me because the one I was using wasn’t really right for my skin, but once I told her I had serum and moisturizer she didn’t try to sell me something else. And I liked that she left the cleanser at the front desk where I could get pricing and decide whether I wanted it or not without her being there, I would have felt comfortable not buying it at all.

Enjoy getting massages and facials. I have been a member for several years. Right now I think value is good. Hope they don’t increase price.

The therapist Ladonna did a really good job getting to the areas that were tight and to relieve them. She is a wonderful therapist and highly qualified.

Therapist well qualified and helped relieve problem areas. Kind and efficient and she kept to scheduled appt. time and listened to what I wanted. Helped greatly.

My esthetician was warm, friendly, and very helpful. My over all experience would be better if the pricing was more clear. Or at least if I would get a detailed print out of the choices I made so I can make a more informed decision the next visit. It feels very secretive and I almost feel like I am going to a medical establishment where you don't know the bill until you are 10k in. Now I see on this servey there are points??? How do these work ? Do I receive an email? If this is a valid membership why not give all the information in a packet right at the beginning?

Pam recommended the Rejuvenating Facial and when my cheek became red after the facial, she thoroughly assessed me and made sure it was a superficial reaction. Pam knows I have sensitive skin with rosacea and is always very conscientious about my skin care. My skin looks and feels great 24 hours later.

I can always count on excellent customer services from therapists to the front desk staff. I really appreciate the convenience of location near me and the ease of scheduling along with appointment availability for the therapist of my choice.
