The manager and receptionist were friendly and helpful. The massage therapist, Tamiki, was excellent. The reception area and the massage room were very clean. I felt comfortable during my massage.

Everyone was amazingly wonderful.

I was confused about my membership and began to get frustrated but the receptionist went and got another associate who came and explained what was needed to be done in order for me to have a successful appointment. I was truly grateful for both associates.

The staff was amazing. Nor (I think that was her name) greeted me and made me feel very special. Desire was thorough in her explaining of the facial and Leonel paid attention to my reactions when the massage ma have been a little deeper than I'd like.

Really appreciated the esthetician. She knew what she was doing.

I have been a member for many years and every time I go for service there welcome and service is satisfactory.
