Hand and Stone

I am thoroughly satisfied with how the Hand and Stone staff provides service professionally and efficiently. My massage therapist, GIGI, has knowledge of my problem areas and she gives me a great massage every time. I only wish that I could have massages more than once a month, but the price prevents me from doing them more frequently.

Overall, my experience with the Sugarland, TX location was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly, the massage therapist was AMAZING, and really worked on my target areas. I did encounter problems in getting my membership started. My initial massage was gifted to me. Upon signing up for a membership afterwards, I stressed how I wanted to make sure I was charged for my membership and anything else moving forward. Unfortunately, my brother, who gifted my initial massage, was charged my membership instead. I am still working that out with Hand and Stone now.
