I like the convenience of the location to my home. I also like the membership because it makes me schedule time for a massage or facial each month to pamper myself and relax. I wish the monthly membership fee would stop being increased though. I started my membership at $49.99/month & it is now $79.99!! Also, my location has a real problem with turnover --- maybe someone should look into the management of the location. They can't seem to keep employees!

I had two problem areas and Brianna touched on them and helped considerably.

Easy to book appointment. All personnel helpful and friendly. Masseuse focused exactly where I asked, with exactly the right amount of pressure and my problem is much better. My only complaint is the hard sell every time I check out. Every. Time. I know all about your membership and I’m not interested. This doesn’t bother me enough to stop coming but next time I will have to be clear up front I am not interested, stop selling. And who wants to have to do that every time?

My Massage therapist was amazing! I told her I had THE BEST massage I’ve ever experienced. Also the receptionist remembered I was named after Dolly Parton and we chatted about that! Felt very welcomed

Breanna is an incredible masseuse. She is responsive, effective and personable.

I can’t explain exactly how much I appreciated Ariel. She spent HOURS making my multiple daughters happy!!!! She arranged massages and facials for 5 people!!! Not only that, but she did it at the last minute!!! She never got stressed or irritated at my shenanigans.
