i don't think i said that. This maybe came up in response to my 'how likely am i to return in the next 90 days,' I only selected somewhat likely because I live in Boston, not MD.

It would be nice for the massage oil / lotion to have a relaxing scent.

There was no area to relax before and after the service.

I called Thursday afternoon to schedule a facial appointment and was told I can come in at 4:00 which worked for me and i was happy that they could fit me in on such short notice . When I arrived I found out after I went in the room that I was scheduled for a massage which was not right . I then had to wait an hour for availablility to get my facial . The woman who did my facial was absolutely amazing and might be the only reason why I return . The receptionist then charged me $100 which was way overpriced and I had to call back the next day to get the manager to refund me my money for the overpriced facial

Loved my massage and massage therapist. Express facial was just so-so. Wouldn't do it again.

The survey is a little confusing because I did not have a massage just facials. The facial experience is always excellent. Same great therapist.
