This was my initial visit. I have been to other places so I was able to compare/contrast. The venue is smaller than others I have visited, but it is compact and functional. All of the staff members were friendly, asked questions, gave me water, etc. Also, they maintained eye contact when speaking with me and I do value that skill. My facial was well-done, Allison was friendly, asked questions, and attended to mine. It was a positive experience.
