I felt welcomed and relaxed. The lady doing my facial made me feel comfortable. In addition, I loved the recommended products to help me!

My Esthetician, Markia, was absolutely amazing. She's professional and knew exactly what to do to address my skincare concerns. She made a product suggestion for a skincare issue I had, and I'm really enjoying the toner. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and Allen is always on top of things when it comes to getting me scheduled and making suggestions for massage therapists.

Melissa was great. She gave a nice neck and back massage during the facial. Even though the appointment started late, I received the full 50 minutes for my facial.

Melissa was my Esthetician. She has a wonderful personality, is extremely knowledgeable, and has a relaxing but firm touch that reassured me that my skin was in good hands. She is also a phenomenal wax expert which is the icing on the cake. Enrico was my Massage Therapist. He addressed all of my concerns and his pressure was firm but relaxing. It was by far the best swedish massage that i have ever had. To sum it up. As long as Enrico and Melissa continue to work at Hand and Stone I will be a loyal customer.

Melissa is always attentive. She makes sure she provides the service to the best of her ability. She is always friendly and punctual.
