The receptionist, and I apologize for not knowing her name because she deserves to be recognized, went above and beyond to help me. I messed up and did not fully submit an appointment request via online booking and realized day of that I didn’t receive any confirmations. When I called while I was driving in, she made no mention of me not having an appointment and welcomed me in. Turns out I did in fact screw up and not make the appointment and there had been a cancellation so they could take me. Whew! I was never made to feel like I messed up and she had great customer service skills!! Great job, honestly!!
