My esthetician was very skillful and knowledgeable. She took the time and the effort with every product and with every stage of the facial, even did some massage on my face, neck and shoulders! She was absolutely fantastic! Her name is Megan!

Paisley was wonderful. She worked on my problem areas. She gave me tips on what to do after the massage.

I was satisfied with the staff’s friendliness. The esthetician was kind and and services were excellent. Environment was clean and orderly with a relaxing ambiance.

Over the years that I have been a member at this Hand and Stone, the professionalism and quality of service have continually improved. My current therapist, Sherelle, is wonderful, and my only complaint about her is that she's getting too popular! The spa is always clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly. I wish that massage, like hair styling, would be at a fixed cost with no tipping (even though that cost would probably be higher)--I am not a fan of the tipping culture, period--but otherwise I am very satisfied.

Elizabeth was attentive to my specific areas of concern and the amount of pressure I requested. She respected my desire for silence and kept communication to just what was necessary. She is a skilled therapist, and I look forward to seeing her again.

Elizabeth is aware of my specific sensitive areas and is great at avoiding painful areas. She has set up the room to meet my needs. I am always so relaxed after the massage. It is the highlight of my week.
