Serita is wonderful. She addresses all my skin concerns and makes my appointment a great experience. I will continue to book my appointments with her.

I have been a member of hand and stone for a few years. The front desk staff is always professional and polite. Elizabeth my therapist is top notch. She gives the best massages and stretches. She is super professional and always kind, courteous, knowledgeable and passionate about her profession.

Thomas was amazing!! I loved how knowledgeable he was and how he asked a few times if he was addressing my areas of need and if his pressure was alright. He also incorporated some stretching in to the session, which really helped my tension areas. The staff were also very friendly! I definitely will be returning 😊

She listened to what I like and dislike. She also suggested a mint scalp message, which I wouldn't have Evey thought of.

She was extremely knowledgeable in her field, I was well educated about everything she was doing and about my current skin regimen and suggestions for the future. I look forward to seeing her again.

It’s easy to book, I get in and out quickly and I really like my therapist.

It was very easy to set up an appointment with the receptionist, I decided last minute I was well overdue for a facial and she was extremely efficient and able to book an appointment for me within hours! My aesthetician Rose was great and I decided to sign up for the monthly plan!
