I told John what my problem areas were and he made sure to work on those areas to help me to relax. He asked me many times if the pressure was ok as he was doing some deeper tissue work to ensure that I was comfortable. After it was over he made sure to give me thorough instructions on how to take care of myself afterwards to lessen the possibility of me being sore, as well as being very knowledgeable about why the things he was telling me to do would be helpful. I'll definitely book with him again in the future!! 😁

I have been a member for several years now. While I have always enjoyed getting massages at H&S, my experiences in the past year have been the best so far. I always have Sherelle as my therapist now, and she and I have a wonderful synergy. I am extremely pleased with the level of cleanliness and hygiene, especially in light of the pandemic. I'm also happy with the updated web presence, ease of booking, and even the music currently being used in the facility. Overall, I feel both relaxed and energized when I go to H&S. My one complaint is that I do not like our tip-heavy culture. I would rather pay a higher price for each massage than feel I am subsidizing the company by providing a large chunk of the therapist's earning through tips. I know this is common in the industry, but I resent it. Sherelle is worth the money I pay her, but I feel H&S should pay her what she is worth and not expect me to add another 40% out of my pocket (a fee that I cannot submit for FSA reimbursement, besides). This criticism may sound harsh, but I feel strongly. Otherwise, I am very happy with H&S and with Sherelle in particular.

John is a great massage therapist. I have problems with my knees and get a trigger point massage from him and always feel better when I leave.

Melissa was awesome! It was my first time getting Brazilian wax, and she made me feel comfortable. She knows what she’s doing, and you can tell she loves her job!

My esthetician was wonderful. She took my concerns to heart and did an excellent job on my trouble areas. She’s the reason I created a membership.
