Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was able to make a same day appointment. I made my appointment over the phone. The receptionist was able to recommend services that matched my explanation of what I was looking for.

Tom is very knowledgeable and in tune to his clients needs. I booked more appointments with him immediately after my first appointment. I will continue to see Tom every two weeks until we have me back in shape and healthy!

Friendly front desk staff. Massage was also a good experience with full time being given.

You should have diffusers with essential oils in every room. Essential oils should be used during every season as part of your service. Consider a relaxation lounge or room for members to relax before and after their massage. Having to get up and go isn’t idea in a “spa”. Otherwise, everything is great!

Kim my massage therapist, gave me the best hand massage I ever had at Hand and Stone. The receptionist who greeted me was the most friendly and helpful receptionist that I have met and Hand and Stone, unfortunately I do not remember her name.

Shamiqua, as usual, gave a great facial. Since the last time I visited I have been diagnosed with rosacea and she adjusted my facial accordingly. She also made me feel very special by asking about some life events which she remembered from the past appointments.
