The receptionist was warm and friendly upon my arrival. My massage therapist was punctual and exceeded my expectations - this was my first extended massage, beyond my 50 mins.

I was greeted and checked in immediately upon arrival. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The massage therapist made sure I was comfortable and checked with me during the massage but not to the point where he was disturbing my relaxation. I will definitely be back!

I was greeted by name by the receptionist. Kathy came to get me on time. I felt very relaxed when my massage was over.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Jasmine appeared to be very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.

I love Connie the aesthetican and continue to keep my membership because of the supurb way she treats and deals with my skin. I was told the membership fees are going up again, and I have not been notified by letter. I have been a member for over three years and have noticed a big turnover of staff. I personally think more oversight of the management staff is needed. I have also noticed a drop in customers when I go for my appointments. Since Hand and Stone is such a personal one on one business it is important to make sure the employees are treated fairly and not taken advantage of. It is important that the clients develop a relationship with the provider.

Both of the service providers were outstanding, unfortunately I do not recall their name but it was from my April 16th visit at the Severna Park location. Simply fabulous!

Connie is the best. She is always friendly and explains all the treatments. I will only use Connie for my facials.
