Hand and Stone

Hand and Stone is a great SPA. Christine is a talented Massage Therapist. All the staff are very friendly. I like the hand towels in the bathrooms and the heated massage table. I would be nice if the waiting area was just a bit warmer in the winter.

The receptionist is very helpful and kind as well as professional. The massage therapist Kim knew what to suggest for my back being super sensitive. I love the waiting area from water with drops to furniture, etc. It feels restful.

The receptionist was very helpful with outlining services in which I could use my points that I purchased. The massage therapist did a nice job of helping me relax using hot stone therapy. Ashley did a great job explaining the facial,peel and made sure I was comfortable.

Only difficulty was having her repeat many things because I didn't have my hearing aids in during the facial & her voice was so light & she spoke quickly

Very professional staff. Made you feel welcomed from the moment you walked in the front door. Therapist did such a great facial and massage. I was so satisfied, I signed up to do the monthly messages.

Christine was very personable and professional. She listened to my comments about pressure of massage. I preferred her as my masseuse compared to the last 2 I had.
