Every minute counts and on occasion started a couple minutes late or ended early

Had problems checking out. Seems as if whenever I use a gift certificate it’s a problem in the system and takes a long time to complete check out.

It’s old and tired. Needs a breath of fresh air! Also, the staff never explains any of the benefits

Prices are increasing, which I understand is just the nature of the times. My therapist wore gloves for the entire session which is something I have no experienced before. As a PT myself I value the ability to feel things with my hands during palpation/manual therapy etc.

Massage therapist used gloves and I was not told in advance. She asked how she could help me and I told her I was a new mom and that I wanted to relax in silence and she did not allow for that. The gloves in combination with little body oil was super uncomfortable. She was also very late to the appointment.

The spa music playing over the speaker system kept cutting in and out and was very distracting. I was in the first room past reception and it was very loud. Would probably be better to have individual speakers in each room to better control volume.

The facial seemed like a waste of money. I have had many facials- but NEVER one that cleanses, exfoliates, puts a paper mask on, and calls it a day. Left with my face red and blotchy, and very sensitive.

I like deep tissue massage. That was included at Massage Envy. You all charge $15 extra to an already high price.

I am not pleased with the new tippy service. I didn’t appreciate the fee associated with this. I wasn’t made aware ahead of time so that I could bring cash for the tip.
