My massage was good. The therapist was very kind and respectful. I understand that massages are very expensive but just felt like the price plus the suggested tip was more than what I received. It was advertised as a 60-min massage but actually only was 50-min with 10 min to change, which wasn’t needed.

Massage therapist did not introduce herself. Massage therapist spoke too quickly and did not talk loud enough. Her transition between movements was not as smooth as I have experienced in the past.

Massage rooms feel dirty. I wish there were air purifiers in each room. The ambience is not great. You can hear people talking in other rooms and the music kept cutting in and out for several minutes making it hard to relax. The receptionist requires you provide them your phone number multiple times to schedule multiple visits at one time and it seems difficult for them to find appointments. I dont think you can schedule online. Please advise if you can log into an account and see your reward totals, massage visit available & gift cards available as well as your current scheduled appointments.

The therapist is wonderful. I usually book the first appointment of the day and she is consistently late. But she’s awesome

In a massage I like when there is a pocket for your hands… I did not find the head piece comfortable . I had asked for a stronger ms\assuage than I received. The therapist was very nice, next time I will speak to her directly

Upon check in I asked to use my reward points towards the add on for my facial. I was told that due to me cancelling my month to month membership I no longer had points available to use. I was confused a. because I was not told this when I requested the cancellation form b. I actually asked at that time how to use the Reward points and was instructed to let the associate know at check in. I earned the points through purchases made at the several different locations while I was a member, and intended to use them with my remaining packages. This was my only concern during this visit. The ladies at check - in and my esthetician Allison are always welcoming & professional. I will continue to book appointments with Allison when I can in the future. Thank you

I opted for the 60 minute massage and it was less than 50 minutes long, as I started after 11:00 a.m. (appointment time) and was told we were finished at 11:50 a.m.

My wax was not as clean as I've had before. I had to do a lot of maintenance when I left. The esthetician was nice, but all over the place in conversation. I was going to the Columbia, MD location but they have been hit or miss with appointments and communication. I really liked one esthetician at the Severna Park location, but she left and the wax experience was different. My facial was great though.
