The appointment went fine, was given good advice from another massage therapist who I would be interested in coming back to see her and she if she can subside my pain

Scalp massage was not what I expected and not very relaxing, room temperature was cold

The gift card value amount was not consistent with what i was told at the time i received card. Value should have been $119, reception told me value was $69 no explanation for discrepancy.

The wrong service was booked for me when I called to make an appointment.

The massage therapists now don’t apply pressure and seem to take the fact that we as customers are in a monthly membership for granted re: the quality of massages have gone down significantly compared to what they used to be and the training massage therapists are receiving also seems to have gone down.

Music will sometimes stop playing during the massage. The rooms feel a bit cluttered and dusty. Massage therapist turn over frequently so I am always looking for a new fit and it takes several visit to get a rapport.

I have visited several H&S locations in and out of state and all supplied great service and product. My 'home' location is Severna Park, MD. Each of my visits has been delightful. The receptionist always help me with my bookings, the massage therapist and esthetician's (I have only booked with Alison) are all great! Very knowledgeable, never rush, overall great experience every time.

I have had better massages. Masseuse was good and would use again. This location is just convenient.

Every time I receive service it is great. However it is very hard to book appointments because of the lack of staff available to work there. I have been a member for about 5 years and unfortunately once I use up my credits I will be canceling due to lack of availability. If I didn’t have to book a massage at least a month out I would have kept my membership.
