When I am receiving a facial or massage, other than the first few minutes of questions, I am there to relax. Really don't want to talk. Just so you know your staff is very nice & helpful.

My body was not that much relaxed as i was expecting

I did not understand why my facial was not an hour long as stated on the appointment on the website. When I asked the front desk when I was paying, they said the one hour includes checking in time which I have never heard of . I arrived 15 min early to check in and change without disrupting my hour long service. Of it is only going to be 45 min, you should be transparent and disclose that

The providers always do an adequate job. For the money spent, I feel like a better service is provided by non-chain places. Appointment availability is always horrible. You have to book well over a month in advance. Not much use for if there is an issue you want worked on. Additionally, it feels like value has eroded with the consistent need to use additional packages for services. I don't think using a different product (such as adding aromatherapy), using standard tools (like a microderm) etc.....warrant the amount asked.

Therapist wasn’t overly friendly. Actually didn’t notice until almost the end but had a strong garlic smell when she was above my head and neck area. I would just think in that profession you would be overly conscious of that

I booked an appointment online. Showed up for the apppointment and it wasn't in the system. Had to wait two more weeks to get appointment.

This experience was satisfactory. I have had better overall experiences.

I didn’t feel like I received and adequate massage. The therapist did not apply any pressure. Even when she found spots that needed attention she just rubbed over them and did not attempt to work them out. I felt this was a wasted massage.

The receptionists should dress more professionally

I felt pressured to purchase add-ons and new products. Facials instead of the $60 end up costing a few hundred dollars each visit. I just can not keep spending that money. Just being able to be there is special treat for me.
