I always think there is room for improvement. It’s hard for me to rate at the top

There are rarely appointments available unless booking a month or more out.

The esthetician was not certified to use Dermalogica products. I didn't ask when booking, so that was 'on me'. The esthetician did give me an option to cancel. I chose to continue with service. She did a fine job- I think I get a better outcome with Dermalogica products.

The rooms need new carpeting and the walls need paint. But otherwise, all is good. Thanks.

I would love more early (9-10am) options for facials and massages. Wished my facial would have included a little scalp massage, felt like my massage was quite short (started with conversation and then ended after 50 min (conversation + 40 min massage)

There are never enough available appointments to get me scheduled.

I asked about a couples massages and the receptionist didn’t know the answer. Said it was possible they didn’t offer it at that location.

Everything was wonderful except the music in the massage room. The music kept cutting off, there would be short periods of silence then music would start again. It was distracting and kept me from fully relaxing as I kept anticipating the music going off or on.

I was very satisfied. No Complaints. The only thing would be the waiting area as it is right next to the checkout counter. I’m a former Member of Ojas and the waiting area and experience is a little more tranquil. Other than that nothing comes to mind. I had a wonderful experience and will be returning, with friends!

Products sold are very expensive and prices are not displayed. The product is recommended and you are expected to make the purchase and staff did not have price readily available. I still have an amazing facial.
