Rooms are not sound proofed so other conversations are audible

My massage therapist while kind performed a less than relaxing massage.Technique felt off and little relief took place during massage. He talked and asked about me being pleased during the massage but I felt uncomfortable directing him given I wasn’t sure if he knew what he was doing. I gave specific areas to focus on but again, it wasn’t focused on. Overall just disappointed and highly uncomfortable bringing it up during my massage and to the reception it’s at 8pm.

I did not like that oil was used as opposed to lotion for the massage. It made me feel very greasy and gross afterwards. Also I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms during my massage which was distracting.

The massage rooms need either a deep cleaning or remodeling. Walls are nicked, scratched up. Carpeting is old. Takes nothing from the actual massage however the massage rooms are dated, worn.

No specific reason, I was satisfied and plan to return.

I have nothing negative to say other then I don't believe that service for the dermalinfusion was worth a $90 value at all. Other then that Chloe was amazing! She was nice, kind, and very informative. If I return to this location I will requesting her she made me feel very relaxed and over all the facial was great next time I just wont be paying the money for that service if it was a little cheaper id try again but again I don't think it was worth $90. Thank you Chloe you are amazing!

Not to much in cost for me also like the young lady's that helps me every month .it'd a yesss for me

Room was a bit rough looking with lots of scuffed paint on the walls and no mirror to check hair afterwards.
