I requested hard pressure. I explained to my massage therapist my areas of greatest pain on my back and neck area that would need the most focus during treatment. The massage therapist didn’t check in on if the pressure was adequate (it was very light; I didn’t get any relief in the muscles I was hoping for).

Had nothing to do with staff, but perhaps better maintenance of facility. Very satisfied with facial.

Your bathroom at this facility has brown stains on the walls and ceiling tiles and looks disgusting.

Rooms need new paint, floors need new carpeting, chairs in room are simple and old. The rooms need updating. Otherwise service is just fine.

I was really surprised how the cbd oil included in the Himalayan salt massage really helped my legs. I notice the next day when I walked up the stairs it was without pain

At least 3 times I requested increased pressure, but it didn't change. While the massage did relax me more pressure would have assisted in working out a a few more knots

It was very difficult to get an evening appointment, which I need due to work schedule. You need to hire more massage therapists.

It is tough to get appointments with the excellent therapists. Love the 80” appt but not always available. Frustration with getting comfortable with a therapist and the high turnover rate
