I had both a massage and a facial booked for the same day. My facial went great and booked to visit again for the same service. My massage was….. not ideal. The massage therapist was great at her job but I noticed she wore gloves the whole time. I didn’t really enjoy getting a massage with gloves hands. It kind of felt like a waste of money and visit

There are not enough female therapists and I am not getting value for my membership because it takes forever to get an appointment

I was receiving a gift membership which apparently was ended on 10.3.21. . I was not called, emailed or texted to make me aware it was ending and according to the cancellation notice I ended up seeing my 9614 reward points were no longer available as of 9.24.21. I would like them restored so that I can use them.

My Esthetician is great, and the salon is super nice. No complaints about the service I received. However, this is the 4th or more time a massage has been canceled. It happens enough, that I almost expect the call when I schedule one. I appreciate that they attempted to make it right by switching me to a facial, and, again, Melissa is amazing. I'm just tired of canceled appointments for massage.

I've had a great experience there. Minor exception was - my first visit with the esthetician (not Markia but I can't remember name). I was burned on my upper lip with wax experience. It was coincidentally my birthday so I was bummed for all the photos. However, Markia made it better. Thomas has been a great masseuse and so was Jose.

The massage was very nice, but the service is overpriced in my opinion. I also was asked to become a “member” which was an unwelcome upselling attempt that took me out of my relaxation. It was an unpleasant way to end the experience.

tried calling 4 different times and two different locations to book my first appointment and I still could not get my facial before massage. I was promised calls back I never got. I was disappointed in availability and had to wait and it took weeks to get booked then had to wait for two weeks just to get an appointment on Friday rush hour. I had to drive an hour in terrible stressful traffic to get there due to no other availability and drive that length back home. Even after waiting and being patient and understanding could not get the order right. I wanted to pay ahead when I got there and tried 4 times during appointment so I could leave when done in hopes of getting home at a reasonable Time and no one could execute. Then instead of 20% they added something like 40% tip for both services. Then she quoted me the wrong price and I had fo correct her when I got the receipt. The terrible Christmas decorations are horribly off putting no signs about Christmas in July sale just a haphazard dusty looking setting that somehow I managed to find out wasn’t left there since December. The robes are not large enough to accommodate sizes and comfort.

Filled out the paperwork before going on but was asked to complete it again. Don’t like wasting my time. Receptionist knew my appointment was delayed by 10 minutes but never mentioned or addressed it with me. Receptionist was practicing with each other how to sell packages to clients not something that should be done with clients sitting in the waiting area.
