uncomfortable with policy that client doesn't have the right to know if the therapist has been vaccinated. I get personal rites but how about clients?

The process is way too bureaucratic. Your lawyers can cost you customer's. I don’t want to fill out any personal health info or COVID information etc. I want to set an appointment show up and receive service without talking to anybody in reception area. I don’t want to fill out papers online. I would rather have this process less formal. I realize the lawyers and risk management people mandate this stuff and I have had enough of it. Unnecessary to wear mask which causes communication difficult.

Receptionist was really pushy about a membership after the massage and it ruined the relaxed feeling.

The choice of Decor being that of a paddle I found inappropriate for such a vulnerable and intimate yet professional setting when trying to create a feeling of comfort and safety. I understand it was meant to be nautical but there would be other options that would be better to create that atmosphere.

I loved my facial with Se'Rita. She was very knowledgeable and likable. The lady that checked me out was not super friendly and she made a face when I told her I'd like a six-week appointment. She said "Why six weeks?" and when I explained why, I felt like I was getting Se'Rita in trouble. As a customer, I shouldn't be able to tell that anything is going on behind the scenes. I really like Se'Rita and I'd like to book with her again.

The bed was not warm enough. The person used oil and I did not expect that, I expected lotion or something .the computer was having issues when checking out.

I did not care for the 'hard sell' at checkout. If I politely tell a person that I am not interested in joining the monthly program, that means the conversation should stop not continue to tell me about the benefits.
