Your place is tired looking and in need of sprucing up. Your bathroom ceiling has brown water stains. The headrest on the tables are old, tired and unsteady.

MY first massage just expected more

I was placed in the front room where you can hear everyone in the lobby (the receptionists talking, the phone ringing, the door opening, people walking down the hall). It was overall very distracting and not relaxing but my massage therapist was wonderful.

I was satisfied. I guess I must’ve pressed the wrong button to say I wasn’t satisfied.

The room feels dated, which is not that big of a concern but the chairs in the rooms in which to sit and help to use to get undressed and dressed are in bad shape/broken.

I marked the product availability for purchase as dissatisfied because you did not have the products used during the appointment available for purchase or out of stock.

The facial was great and definitely enjoyed myself. The hot stone massage I wasn’t crazy about. In the future I would like to try another massage.

Paisley is very good but she cuts off a few minutes too soon each time and leaves me on the table longer than necessary in the beginning. She also has such limited evening hours and driving up Rt2 during rush hour is NOT fun or relaxing. Shethough and very professional. is very sweet

I honestly feel that the enhancements are overpriced. I like the himalayan salt massage, but $25- $30.is way overpriced. If I want a deep tissue with stones or salts, my price is doubled. I think a good strategy would be to offer a discount if a customer adds more than one enhancement, like buy one, get one 50% off. Also, I want to recommend that therapists talk softly. 3 of the last 4 visits, I have heard either loud talking or loud laughing during my massage. I'm glad people are happy, but happiness could be quieter out of respect for people who are trying to relax. All 3 times, my therapist apologized for the noise, which was polite, but that doesn't solve the problem.

I purchased some BOGO gift cards for myself. EVERY time I use them, I'm told I need to pay an additional $30 for the service, as that price is for a preferred member. This was NEVER brought out during purchase, so I won't be purchasing anymore ever again. The staff did not make me pay, but tired of this rhetoric.
