Hand and Stone

Multiple staff members in the spa have masks that fall down below their noses. Also, the last two times I have visited, my therapists did not wash their hands.

I was very much satisfied with my visit at hand and Stone I've been there before that's why I came back and came back with my girlfriend I do have a favorite massager I prefer not to say any names but I absolutely enjoy hand and Stone

Someone booked my apt for me and made a mistake. Reception didn’t seem too happy with fixing it.

It was the best facial I have ever had. I broke out the next day that is why I wasn’t highly satisfied

The room looked like it was in transition rather than ready for clients. The therapist was great as was the front desk staff and receptionist.

I feel that it was 10 minutes shorter, And The extra cost that I was not aware of the extra money. For what was done should have been part of the massage without the extra cost

I love hand and stone. I am very pleased with the staff and service. The walls are a little thin so you can hear other people talking.

The first massage I had was horrible. I have now tried three different therapist and feel the service isn't great. I've had much better massages elsewhere. I upgraded to the hot stone at my most recent visit and felt like she barely used the stones.
