They called me that I could up my appointment to 80min from 50mins which I did change to 80mins. But they never inform the massage therapist of the change and she was late. But therapist didn’t rush I got the full 80mins. Thanks

I called to add on the pumpkin foot treatment for both me and my daughter. Hers was on schedule mine was not. She still didn’t receive it yet I was charged for it. I was reimbursed. Also specifically requested female and before apt we received a call stating she couldn’t make it. That my daughter would have a male therapist. Not really happy about that.

Felt it was more like a soothing rubdown which ws fine and relaxing but I had specific areas that needed work.. This was my first visit and I will try another masseuse...but I liked the spa very much. I signed up for the month but am planning on going back to F Florida in January and your stores are not near me in Palm Beach so I will cancel then

I was expecting my face to look a lot better than it did afterwards. I was expecting that she would use the tool to get rid of the pimples and clean my pores.

I was satisfied. But there is always some disconnect between what I tell the massage therapist and what I receive. I will say specific area that need help, but he will address only some of them. I also think it would be a good idea for therapist to tell you when there is 5 minutes left (for a 50 min massage) or 20 minutes left (for a 80 min massage), in case there are any areas the client still wants addressed.

No question specifically asks, but the room was way too cold. Very difficult to relax when you’re freezing.

This was a relaxing experience and my skin seemed to react positively to the treatment. I came with my partner, who also received service, his skin has not cleared up as much as I would have expected. He does not have skin issues, so I would’ve expected similarly positive results. That’s not the case.

I asked the therapist to focus on my sciatica and even showed where - instead she focused on my shoulders. Not a fan of the sales pitch to sign up for membership

Because I wasn't directed to sign some forms I had to do it lster and it cut into my massage time. So my massage felt a little rushed and cut short.
