I was completely satisfied with my massage.

Enjoyed being able to try out the bonuses. I find the cbd pill didn't do anything for me. My therapist worked on my back for quite a while, sure didn't have much time for my neck unfortunately. She did wonderful for the time she had. I didn't have a headache the day of the massage, sure couldn't fix what wasn't a problem. My relaxation this day was unfortunately cut short by external factors after leaving the location, nothing on you guys.

I felt a bit intimidated by the “sales pitch”

Mada appointment online did not receive a confirmation email or phone call. I called to confirm appt they said yes it was in the system. When I arrived I was not in system I made appt for facial they a massage therapist take me back then after the mistake was discovered they had to get an estitician from her lunch to take care of me.

I had to wait a little while in between my massage and facial. It wasnt too long but I love to go directly from one to the other while I'm super relaxed. I just laid down on the table on top of the covers until she came in.

The cost was more than I was expecting.

I upgraded to the Hot Stones and thought it was only a $10 upgrade charge but when I came out it was $30. Josh, the therapist was great. I won’t be coming back because I’ll be moving.

Did not apply enough pressure. The hot stones were nice but they take away from the actual time of massage.

My only problem is & has been, I thought I would receive services for at least 50 minutes. Normally, I'm called back 5 -10 minutes late & by the time I'm ready & person is really to give me a facial or message I get between 45 & 50 minutes of service.

I often ask for more time and pressure on my neck and Joe, but I don't often get what I request. Most of the time, massages are pretty standard, and most of the therapists don't vary it even when I ask for something specific. I also feel it is unreasonable to charge extra for deep tissue massage. I know it is standard to do so, but I don't agree with the practice.
