My husband and I came in for a couple's massage for our anniversary. Personally, my massage was amazing and I no complaints. However, my husband experienced the opposite. The MT did not touch any part of him but his neck, and he told me that it was painful the entire time. I even checked him as we were getting dressed - no massage oil anywhere on him but his neck. He asked for full body and got a painful neck rub that gave him a headache. Terrible experience with that therapist. (Don't remember his name, it was a gray haired gentleman)

The therapist was good but a little cold in personality. They did not offer the customary water at the end

You're given one cost over the phone but once you get there it's something totally different and a lot more than anticipated.

Although I was told that it would occur, my face broke out really bad on my chin. I wish they gave directions on what to do after the appointment.

I had two services provided...a facial and a massage. I assumed you were asking about my overall rating. I was highly satisfied with the facial. I was "satisfied" with the massage. I expected more time on my feet since I had indicated my preference for back and feet. My hands/arms weren't massaged at all. But overall it was a good massage.

There’s always room for improvement.

The facial was nice and relaxing. But this was my first time and I don’t thave anything to compare to at the time.

My appointment was scheduled for Sunday at noon. I called Sunday morning because when I woke up I had a lot of chest congestion and wasn’t feeling well. The receptionist said that they would have to charge me if I didn’t come in because I was calling within 24 hours of my appointment. I get that’s your policy but I’m a long time member and have never done that before. Plus I was coughing a lot. Why would you want me to come in sick? But I did because I wasn’t going to be charged.

I had an appointment a month in advance and when I showed up I waited for a while before they had to reschedule me because the massage therapist did not show up. I was upgraded for my next appointment but when I came back they had someone else at the check out and she was not informed about the upgrade.

The massage only last 45 mins, it was $130 massage, end up too soon.
