I booked a Swedish massage, but after some confusion after I was already in the room, the therapist told me she was only able to do facials. She said all others were booked. She said if it was okay I could get a facial at no charge for my inconvenience. I agreed. I was charged full price at the end.

The therapist spent maybe too much time on legs then in needed area of lower back.

Felt very comfortable during my visit. Lyla was very thorough without being pushy. It was obvious she took the time to analyze my situation and listen to my concerns

Gabbie, the massage therapist, was excellent and the check out was quick and efficiently handled.

My massage therapist was a bit flighty and odd in her demeanor at times, but she was at least nice. She forgot to use the hot stones until half way through, she giggled a lot during the massage and dropped things. It was just very strange. I actually preferred the Swedish massage over the hot stone by the end of it anyway.

The past 2 times I went my appointment started late. The second time which was Sunday, October 28, I was offered by the receptionist, a free foot massage. That was very nice to do.

I was not advised that the therapist I had scheduled would not be there despite being told when booking that if she was not available I would be notified. I elected to go with the sub and she did and excellent job. Breakdown in scheduling protocols! Also at checkout I learned my last payment by credit card didn’t go through. That makes sense since my card expiration date changed in September. Why did no one contact me to ask for the new expiration date as other vendors do? Embarrassing to be told in front of other clients!

Since becoming a nember the cost went up a lot and therefore I can onky afford bi-monthly membership. I wish members were offered more discounts.

Unknown to me there was an emergency--actually with my therapists mother so that I waited at the desk to check next appt. for over 5 minutes with 2 receptionists directly in front of who never acknowledged I was there. Even just a"sorry be with you as soon as i can" would have sufficed. They did call later and explained.

I was called the morning of my appointment and told that there was a mix up with my appointments and they needed to push me back 1 hour. After my first service there was still a mix up with my second service and I waited until the second therapist was available approx 10 minutes.
