The reception staff is friendly enough, but they seem sort of "fake" friendly. Not bad, just not terribly sincere. One thing that I am really upset about is that for financial reasons, I had to suspend my membership this past April. I had already paid for the April massage, but never received it. There were personal issues that kept me from coming in over the summer until this past week. When I came back this past week, I was told that the April massage THAT I HAD PAID FOR had expired. That is nonsense. When I suspended my membership I was clear with the staff that there were financial and personal reasons that I had to stop coming. It's lousy customer service to tell a former member that a service they paid for expired a mere 3 months after its date. I get that this is company policy, and it's a horrible policy.

I love hand and stone. I would be more likely to get facials more if there prices were not so high. I don't like how the facial had all these add on costs for "specialty treatments". If I had not paid extra than my issues would not have been addressed at all. I was not aware at booking that I had to pay extra for stuff, until I was already on the table. I feel like it would be easier just to increase the price to include any one treatment and than there are no surprise fees for the client. Everyone should have a treatment that is right for them.

Cassie and John were very attentive to my and wife’s needs. It was a very relaxing experience for both of us. I do question why the monthly fee went up $10.

My facial was excellent but the massage was just ok. the massage did not focus on my areas of request (upper back) and ended 8 minutes earlier. 42 minutes total.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. I didn't select "highly satisfied" for every question because some things I just don't care about, Like the ambiance of the room.

I originally tried booking an appointment early in the month which I wasn’t able to do. There always seems to be an issue when I check out so I never know what I’m being charged, as a member. I wasn’t offered to book again. I also was not greeted when I walked in the door.

Wanted to use my gift card for my daughter but the appointment was set up worng? And I had requested that. It took a while but they We’re able to correct it. Also her massage was not the full 50mins? :-( it was shorted my 10mins? And had to wait for mine to be completed . She also said the massage was just ok. However was was Great, And so was my therapist ! :-). More than likely she would not return which disappointing to me .

Everything was good, but i noticed some of hair left over in the bikini are after my Brazilian wax. I had to tweeze myself which was painful. But I’d definitely return.

I booked a female therapist and was surprised by a male therapist when I arrived. This was not explained in advance or by the receptionist at the time of check in. The therapist did a great job but was not my preference.
