Receptionist was very friendly. She thoroughly explained the membership package as well. Lani was very professional. She was not super chatty. I loved it. I fell asleep

Lani in my opinion is the best. Also the girls at the reception desk are always so nice and pleasant!!

Everything went smoothly and the massage was great.

Only thing I wisb is I adding cupping to my massage and wish I was able to use points to cover that as I have a lot and everytime I try to redeem, points don’t cover it is what I’m told so now I have over 20k points bc I can’t use them for what I’m adding on to my services which is frustrating.

Professionalism and knowledge from person performing the service.

My therapist knows me very well and is always right on point with her treatment. The only little nit I have is with your mobile app which does not allow me to do a 30 minute add on. I need to book a 50 minute massage and then call the spa and have them add on the 30 minute (if it is even available. I have repeatedly told the spa staff and they are aware of it. That should be fixed.

Ryan is the best! I had many "aches and pains"...and after over a year with Ryan, I am doing so much better.

I got both a massage and facial and am satisfied with my services.
