Hand and Stone

I really feel like this location is nice and consistent. I have lived in several different states and encountered at least 5 different locations. A core issue has been consistency (therapists kept quitting, staff would lose track of my packages, etc) at the other places. Here I am able to schedule appointments with the same therapist and similar monthly time/date. The receptionists are always pleasant and helpful. They are patient with all clients, including those who are less than pleasant. I also love the text reminders I would very much recommend them to anyone else.

Lani has been my therapist for a few years. She is great and knows what I prefer and takes care of any specific requests as mentioned.

I have been coming to Hand and Stone for years and have had many massage therapists. Loni is the best therapist I have had who understands what areas and techniques fits my personal needs and goes about the massage in a quiet, respectful manner. After a session with Loni, my muscle aches and pains are gone and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
