The receptionist was friendly and sweet so thank you. You have a very nice employee for that job. I enjoyed communication with her. She and I did not speak about products but that's okay. I did not want to buy products yesterday. The aesthetician Marchella was very good at what she does and applied lots of moisturizing products to my face. I did not ask why but there was more moisture being applied to the right side of my face. I am curious about that. I had to go out early today and have not applied my products yet today so my face feels dry as it usually does if I don't do the routine. What I notice the most is that I think I show less wrinkles so less aging and that's a plus. Thank you very much for seeing me so quickly and for the end of July price.

Explained various options available for my facial service. Listened to my concerns. Was very thorough and gentle. It was a very relaxing service. I have recommended her to my granddaughter for her first facial.

The massage therapist was very pleasant and professional. The entire staff made me feel welcomed. The concern for my comfort was first on their mind.

Both appointments were very good.

I have had Lani as my therapist for a few years. She knows me well and knows where my aches and pains are and can take care of them. We chat for a while and then I relax and just let her do her thing.
