Linda is an amazing therapist, like deep massage

I've been a member for sometime now. I've have various therapist throughout my visit and was very pleased with service and communication I've received.

The esthetician I always book with, Laina, is always incredibly welcoming and fun to talk with! She is very knowledgeable about what is being treated as well as how to go forward for my skin issues or laser treatment. The staff at the front desk are also very welcoming and helpful.

I love the ambiance of the clinic and staff are friendly. Tiffany is so knowledgeable when she assed my skin and plans to make my skin better. I like the facial, head massage and oxygeneo. I feel that my skin become clearer, cleaner and better. They also don’t force their clients to buy all set of their products but they only recommend what the product which I needed the most. So happy for their service and will surely come back

I’ve been coming to Hand and Stone Spa Pickering for the past 4 years having different RMTs but most recently I’ve stuck to two RMTs that I found did an amazing job consistently each time I visited. My go to gals are Joyce & Linda. Each time I’ve come, it has felt like an experience and todays massage was no less. Joyce knew I had a blocked sinus and put a hot towel with eucalyptus and placed it under my face on the rolling seat so I can continue to inhale it during my massage. It was such a kind gesture and it honestly relaxed me the whole massage. Both Joyce and linda are great at ending the massage with stretches and I truly appreciate it (and so does my body). I don’t usually like to name drop but I felt credit needed to be given. I’m sure most of the RMTs now do great jobs. I didn’t have the greatest experience at first, but now this is my go to place.

The lady I was scheduled to have my facial with had to go home sick. They were very quick to book me with another lady approx two hours later. They did phone me and gave me the option. I was very impressed with their service.

From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left the premises, everyone I came in to contact with, greeted me with a smile! My therapist, Joyce is the best in the field! She has helped with pain management better than painkillers. She has a gift for healing!

The massage was excellent. I had a new (for me) therapist and she was lovely. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

The esthetician is knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting what my skin type could benefit from. She gives me confidence in trying what she suggests. She completed my face waxing with thorough results. I'm very happy.
