Hand and Stone

I have tried a few RMTs and hand and stone Pickering but this was my best massage I have had at hand and stone Pickering. I have found my new favourite RMT.

Had an AMAZING massage and the last person to my facial was very knowledgeable

Rachel is the best therapist ever. I am very sad that she’s leaving to retire. He retired. I have tried a lot of therapists here. Unfortunately, she was the only match I found.

Very clean environment friendly staff knowledgeable was able to book an appointment with ease

The service was excellent. Very relaxing and my skin looked and felt great afterwards. The esthetician was professional and knowledgeable. Everyone at the spa is friendly and helpful and efficient.

My favourite part of my experience at Hand & Stone is the therapist I see regularly, Joyce. She is a lovely person who gives amazing therapeutic massages and always ensures her clients are comfortable. I also love the cleanliness of the reception area and the appointment rooms. All the staff at reception are friendly and my appointments always begin on time!

Liana at the Pickering Hand & Spa location was extremely knowledgeable about what type of products I could use to take care of my sensitive skin and redness. I was so relaxed after the treatment and enjoyed the shoulder massage!!

Nancy the massage therapist is excellent amd this comes from prior massage therapist and massage therapy teacher !

Loved the receptionist she was very friendly,

The receptionist are very friendly and very helpful. Love that they always offer a bottle of water before leaving. It always smells so nice and this is a very clean establishment. Nancy is fantastic, always makes me feel very comfortable. I started out in a different Hand and Stone location but very quickly made this my favorite one.
