I felt MUCH better after my visit. The receptionists always make me feel welcome. I wish I could afford to come every day!

Both my Esthetician and Massage Therapist were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Both appeared very knowledgeable with their explanations regarding my services. My facial and massage left my skin feeling great!

Emily knows my skin very well! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I get compliments constantly on the radiance of my skin after visiting Hand & Stone.

Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had never gotten a massage or a professional facial and I was super relaxed and could literally spend all day there.

Abdul was outstanding in addressing my problem areas and the deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. Last night was the first night in some time that I did not awaken in the middle of the night with shoulder pain or numbness in my fingers. He also provided me with exercises to do between appointments. I'll be back!!

Shelby has magic hands!!!! When I arrived to my appointment with Shelby last Saturday, I was convinced I would be concluding my membership with Hand and Stone because I had not been making use of the membership. I had already stacked up 11 services over the course of a year. But after experiencing Shelby, I decided to keep my membership just so I could benefit from her services. She is a gifted massage therapist. I usually schedule 90 minute massages, because I find myself frustrated by the 60 minute sessions. However, in 50 minutes Shelby accomplished what most therapist need at least 90 minutes to accomplish. I felt simulataneously relaxed and rejuvenated by her massage. In fact, I sang loud to the radio all the way home. I can't wait to do a double session with her! Already have one scheduled for this coming Saturday.

Hand and Stone staff in the Ann Arbor location were helpful and knowledgeable. The message tables are heated and adjustable by request to staff providing a comfortable situation. My therapist listened to my muscle concerns and adjusted the overall session accordingly.

The receptionists are awesome. The therapists that I've tried were all wonderful. The membership option encourages me to come every month.

Therapist paid attention to specific areas I asked for, good pressure, good availability of times
