I was accidentally told my appt was for three pm (when I arrived at one pm). The receptionist called me right away (as I had walked to my car in the parking lot) that my appointment REALLY WAS at one pm and my massage therapist was waiting for me. Good catch, quick call, turned out great!

I love the ambiance of the salon, the business is very well run, and the massage therapists are exvellent. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate any reschedule requests, and are very attentive to the special needs of my blind friend who comes with me. I know i speak for her too.
