It was timely, very relaxing and professional.

My friend and I went to the Ann Arbor location for a relaxing day and as a Christmas present to each other. Having just picked this location due to a Google search and not having much knowledge about this company we were really blown away by the experience we had. Everyone was so nice and answered any question we had. It was like they went out of there way to make us feel special. The receptionist was very friendly and engaging. Our therapists were very professional and did a great job working out our stress and tension. We definitely agree this is something we would do annually from now on. We would do it more frequently if there was a location closer to us. Ann Arbor is a halfway point between both of us. But we both agreed after our massages that this was the best we have felt in a really long time.

I love getting my monthly massages. I think it's about $10 too pricey because a tip is expected but I love taking an hour our of my life just for me. The therapists are great and I always leave feeling so very relaxed.

The staff were nice and welcoming and the massage room and bathroom was clean.

Knew what she was talking about. Recommended good products for my face. Definetly going to come back and request Kayla for my facials

Matthew was amazing, his knowledge and willingness to explain and offer alternatives to assist with problem areas were very helpful!!!

Kayla does an excellent job with my facial. She focuses on my dryness and treats my skin with her recommended treatments

I always feel welcome. My therapist respects my wishes and is very knowledgeable. If I don’t want to talk or if I want to chat she is flexible.

I am always extremely impressed with the services and atmosphere of this location. The staff and owner are always knowledgable, professional and friendly. I am always pleased with any service that I receive! I was skeptical when I first visited a year and a half ago simply because it is a chain. I booked an appointment because my usual masseuse could not get me in and I have never left.
