The massage therapist Was very knowledgeable of what she was doing and what I need and the receptionists were very friendly and personal.

I have not had a facial in a while and had forgot how wonderful they are. Forgot her name but she had a great touch and though she told me what she was doing, she did not chit chat like some others do, which really allowed me to relax. Going forward I think I will alternate facials with my massages.

Ann Arbor's Hand & Stone staff do a fantastic job providing a high level of customer service. I've consistently had exceptional massages and facials and plan to continue my membership. I would highly recommend H&S to friends.

Staff was very friendly and talkative. They were very well versed in the services you offer. They helped me feel very comfortable with this being my first time doing anything like this.

I have had many massages. I had a massage there in March and was less than satisfied. Almost didn't give it another chance. Decided to take advantage of Christmas in July and try again. VERY glad I did. Results - Best I have felt in months. The therapist listened to my issues and the result was excellent. Some of the areas that needed work, still need more work. I will return again in August.

My therapist, Amy, is incredible and very helpful and has given me some great advice. Every time I've called or come in, the people working the front desk have been incredibly helpful and nice with which to work.

My massage was easy to book online. It started on time. And the massage was really good. I felt like she really did a good job massaging all the knots and a stress points.

This was my second time at Hand & Stone. I've experienced a body message and a facial. Both services were wonderful and my skin was treated with great care. My husband and I will definitely be returning customers. Thank you Hand & Stone for providing a quality services and a price we can afford.
