I see a particular therapist, Maureen, and she is excellent. She is the reason why I rated the experience so highly.

The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I trust the services that I receive at Hand and Stone. Amber is not only a subject matter expert but she also has the talent and intuition to understand what is needed.

I felt it was easy to schedule an appointment, I felt comfortable during my whole experience. The entire staff was warm and friendly. The receptionist was so very knowledgeable of the services and prices she was amazing. Amber my massage therapist was great. A lot of knowledge, explained everything she was doing, and always checked on how I was feeling. I can’t wait to return!

Jeremiah is a highly experienced and skilled therapist, particularly in the Swedish massage technique. I also appreciate his professionalism and good conversations.

This is the second time I've had a regular (Swedish) massage from Elissa. She is friendly, welcoming and has a very calming presence. She is extremely skilled and applies exactly the right amount of pressure. I feel totally refreshed and less stressed post-massage. I would totally recommend her and this Hand and Stone location!

Therapist on time, was friendly and met my needs

I was highly satisfied because my masseuse, Jeremiah, was incredible. He used many techniques I had never experienced before that helped relax and relieve any aches and pains. He was thoughtful with warm towels, communication and using enough oils.

The esthetician was AMAZING! I cannot recommend Haneen more. I was nervous trying my first facial, but she totally made me feel comfortable and in good hands. She’s so knowledgeable, down to earth, and genuine. She didn’t feel “pushy” about having my purchase or try products. I actually am considering purchasing some thanks to her!
