The owner provided a service upgrade because I had to wait so long for my appointment. Also, I was able to make an appointment the same day as my call + add a service to the one I'd scheduled. Additionally, the reception was very warm & welcoming.

Staff from the front desk to the massage therapists are very friendly and welcoming. Relaxing environment and both massage therapists I have seen there gave very good massages.
