Kayla took my very serious concerns about my skin irritation and mild adult acne seriously. She listened to my concerns and was empathetic in my adventure in adult skin care. Her willingness to tailor a facial to my concerns and needs proves she is very knowledgeable and truly wants the best for her clients. The receptionist took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns; there was a lot. They assured me how the membership worked, the perks and if at anytime I felt I couldn't afford/no longer could make appointments that it was a no fuss issue with canceling. They were both very knowledgable of how the programs worked. I am VERY PLEASED with Hand and Stone and will recommend to anyone looking for services your facility provides.

The products used as well as sold are great well known brands, the my estician was really nice and also seemed to be qualified.

As always the experience at Hand and Stone was wonderful. Christine, my massage therapist, really knows about the human body. I always love to see the warm smiles of the reception team. The location is perfect for me. Really happy to have this spa for self-care!

I was able to get a same day appointment to have my eyebrows waxed. I was about to leave on vacation so this was very good. I like the way she did my eyebrows.

So far I have had an easy time booking massages, and all have been great.
