The massage therapist focused on the shoulder and neck areas as requested and worked stiff areas firmly but gently.

Absolutely THE friendliest staff and environment I have experienced in the area, if no the state. Therapists there know what they are doing, how to do it properly in relativity to your requests, and above all make you feel at ease through the duration of your visit. I truly can not say enough good things about them. If I were asked to give some form of constructive criticism, I would suggest the implementation of an organic health food court in an effort to offer whole "day" spa packages as well. But that's a big step, fingers crossed.

As long as I book at least 2 services a month the membership is worth it. So I believe it's worth the cost because of that. Enjoy the friendliness of employees, knowledge of massage staff and the overall environment is very calming.
