Staff vwry accommodating with my injury needs ~ extremely helpful and understanding

The staff and therapist were all friendly and I walked away feeling much better. My only issue with the Hand & Stone app is that I cannot use my password manager to enter a password, nor will it allow me to paste a password and the app times out and logs users out. It was quite a frustrating experience to need to use it when I was already not feeling well.

I rateded highly because thats's they way I feel any service of this nature should be.People pay for great service so we should get great service. Even if there are times you may not get a tip you should always give your best,and that's what was done. Keep up the good work.God bless Mrs Lewis

The ladies in the front we super helpful both on the phone and in person. The massage therapist was awesome. I flew in from out of town and got a same day appointment if I lived in the area I would diffently be back soon!

The people are nice. The rooms are clean & decorated for a calming experience. It's a nice place to wind down.

I have been there two times. My only suggestion is to have a massage given while the mask is drying during a facial.

Receptionist called me to infirm me that massage therapist was behind. Massage therapist friendly and worked on areas that were right offering me relief. Wait time was reasonable between when I arrived and was taken back.

Both staff welcomed me very genuine warmth and friendliness.
