I cant figure out how to book a 80 minute massage online. It’s never presented as an option.

No receptionist. More than 20 min wait for facial after my massage. Not sure I can spend the increased amount per month or that it’s a value.

I left work early at 6:30 instead of 7:00 and skipped dinner in order to be on time for my 7:00 appointment. I was understandably tired and grouchy when my massage therapist was not ready for me until 7:20 for my 7:00 appointment. No one told me she was running late until 7:15.

Reception area with children of employee(s). I hope that my experience will be relaxing and have them jumping around to greet you and up and down the hallway was not pleasant or relaxing.

I really enjoyed my experience at Hand and Stone overall. The massage relaxed me and also had me feeling great days afterwards. The only thing that would bring it from satisfied to highly satisfied is if it was little more pressure (the therapist adjusted to my request after chatting about it during the massage) and if my full body received the hot stone and of course if it cost a less money-wise. But it was still a wonderful experience.

Mercedes was a good massage therapist however did not ask about pressure and was pretty gentle. I felt there could have been more focus on the areas asked for.

I think for the price point, there are more competitive locally owned options. The experience and ambiance felt a little more franchise-y and dull.

Appointment did not start on time. Was not therapist fault but client before me.

There were no paper towels or tissues in the bathroom. I let the front desk staff know and when I finished my 2 hr appt, the paper towels had been replaced. I don't remember if the tissues were replaced or not.
