Too long on the phone booking appointments. When we arrived at 8:50am, it appeared closed. Dark. I was surprised that the door was unlocked and there were 2 receptionists waiting to greet us.

I would rarely feel highly satisfied about anything short of being able to ski deep powder snow. Highly satisfied is for a deeply thrilling experience.

The therapist had bad breath, breathed deeply on me while leaning over me to massage and sniffled/coughed some. With it being flu season and with lots of family get togethers, i was thinking about the possibility of getting sick. Also, i could never fully relax and lose myself in relaxation like I usually do during a massage.

Highly means 10/10 service. The last few sessions have been shorter than 50 minutes. And I’m always early & undress quickly

I do not agree with just giving me a screen and then charging me to give a tip. Why are extra fees necessary?
